Today is very rainy and stormy. Since I didn't have anywhere to be, I decided to stay in bed and read my book.
At sometime during the day, my cat joined me for a nap. This was surprising, because my cat has a very solitary personality. I was happy for the company.
I just finished reading The Penderwicks by Jeanne Birdsall, per request of my 13 year old cousin who lives in Seattle. It was a very cute story!
It was so relaxing to be able to lie in bed and not worry about getting anything done.
