I am going on a health kick and trying to lose some weight and just be healthy overall.
I know that health begins in the kitchen. I tend to get hungry throughout the day and end up snacking on junk food because I forget about my healthy options.
I decided that if I made a page that gave me healthy options to choose from, I'd be more likely to stick to eating well. So on Monday my mom and I thought up some healthy snacks and I let my creative side come out:)
